3. Enter a unique monitored condition name.

4. Click Next.

5. Click Conditions.

6. Select a subject port (device).

7. Select an available option.

8. Edit the Name eld (if desired).

9. Set the desired condition test parameters (if available).

10. Click Apply Condition.

11. Click Next.
